We end up spending most of our day inside and we treat the outside as a medium to get to places and that's it. Hope that made sense haha. I think we can can get caught up on our phones, work or certain situations that we get overwhelmed and frustrated. When we say we're taking breaks we do not actually do something to make us feel relaxed and completely shut off. I recommend trying to take some moments to go outside, enjoy the fresh air and relax. It's such a small thing but try applying it and you'll feel the difference!
