FEEL
Your emotions have hidden meanings, tune into them. It’s so easy to get lost in your thoughts you don’t remember the start point just that you’re floating amidst them. I have to come to learn how hard people are on themselves, never really satisfied or content rather judging their character and accomplishments. If we just accepted sometimes that we are scared, anxious or confused and take a moment to feel the emotion and then figure out why you feel that way instead of rushing to release ourselves from the feeling, we wouldn’t get so lost in our thoughts and be able to take control of them. The ability to feel for me is to release, be present and engage.
